xx666 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Bangladesh Players

Access to and use of the xx666 Platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Platform, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. xx666 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts where the holder is found to be under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held in the account will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be void and forfeited.

The Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full name, date of birth, residential address and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or subsequently during KYC verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held. xx666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the details you have provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. xx666 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify xx666 support immediately. xx666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Players may request closure of their xx666 account at any time by contacting support. xx666 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, or where account closure is required for responsible gaming reasons. Any legitimate account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard identity verification.

The minimum deposit on xx666 is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit specified by xx666, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket etc.) may impose their own daily transaction limits which will apply independently of these Terms. Deposits are credited to the xx666 wallet instantly in the case of mobile wallet transactions. xx666 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Players must not attempt to use the Platform as a mechanism for transferring funds without engaging in genuine gameplay.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by xx666 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. All content on the xx666 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, audio, video, user interface design and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of xx666 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform grants any player any right, title or interest in any content on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the xx666 Platform without the express prior written consent of xx666. Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of any data from the Platform is prohibited. Unauthorised use of xx666 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the player to civil or criminal liability.

xx666 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows, due to technical failures beyond xx666's reasonable control, or as a result of actions by third-party service providers including payment processors and game content providers. xx666 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary Platform unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx666 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible loss, even where xx666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. xx666's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the ninety days preceding the claim.

xx666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via a notice posted on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Any dispute arising between a player and xx666 in connection with these Terms or the Platform should be directed in the first instance to the xx666 support team via the live chat feature on the Platform or by email to [email protected]. xx666 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Players are encouraged to contact support before escalating any dispute. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming standards applicable to the Platform.
